Design Report

The Rights Company Design Report is a detailed investigation and review of various visual elements appearing in a production, identifying potential visual element legal issues, allowing producers to consider replacement, modification, or the obtaining of permission.

A Design Report allows early detection, alerting production to any similar designs or images already in the marketplace.

For animated shows, searches include fictional characters, props, and scenes. For live action shows, searches include fictional logos, signage, artwork, product packaging, uniform badges, book covers, product packaging, etc.
